The house unfolds through four distinct experiences: a lush garden, a dining room made for long nights, a rooftop open to the sky and behind closed doors, N8.
Each space has its own rhythm, but the thread remains the same: the art of living, according to M I M I - generous, sensual, social and unapologetically pleasure-led.

THE KITCHEN
For nearly three decades, Chef Khalid Mehdaoua has built his career across some of Marrakech’s most established luxury kitchens : Amanjena, Selman and Taj Palace.
His experience spans culinary development, restaurant openings and the leadership of large kitchen teams, combining creative direction with operational precision.
At M I M I, that experience comes through in a cuisine built on freshness, generosity and sharing.The approach shifts with each setting: lighter and more relaxed in the Garden and on the Roof, more composed and evening-led at the Restaurant.
Each menu follows the rhythm of its space and the moment it is designed for.
